These 10 animals that are predators for snakes
It is a well known fact that snakes are considered to be one of the most dangerous predators on our planet. You are going to see how sometimes those deadly predators become a prey. Each of those reptile predators is more astonishing than the other. Some of those animals are capable of killing the crawling creatures at once but they do not do it: sharks, tigers, jaguars…
Here are the 10 animals that are the biggest predators for snakes:
Crocodiles
For these animals, no study has yet proven whether the crocodile is immune to venom or not.
What is known is that the skin of the crocodile can serve as protection against snake bites.
Indeed, for the venom to take effect, it is first necessary that the prey is not immune to the venom, then that the venom can penetrate into the inner parts of the animal, and finally, that there is enough injected venom to kill the prey.
All these factors make us think that the crocodile can be “immune” against the venom, thanks to its very robust skin.
Note, however, that a crocodile will have no chance against pythons and anacondas.
